Our Governance
Our constitution
Our constitution is our governing document and is legally binding. It works as a rulebook, setting out the charitable purposes ('objects') and what it can do to carry out its purposes ('powers').
Our trustees
The Trustees are responsible for administrating the Charity that owns Little Burstead Village Hall. They work voluntarily to coordinate and manage the Hall on behalf of its beneficiaries. They are also responsible for upholding its constitution. A list of Trustees can be found on the Charity Commission’s website here.
Our finances
As a registered charity, it is a requirement to submit annual accounts to the national regulator. Details of the charity's finances can be found on the Charity Commission’s website here.
